At the front there is an enormous flat 2000 meter lawn, equipped for croquet and with adirondack seating for sunsets. All windows have fitted fly screens, an unusual feature in Provence.

Private and away from main roads, yet 5 minutes to the perched villages of the Luberon including Gordes, Menerbes, Roussilion and Bonnieux. Moments from the regionally produced foods in the local provencal markets in each town, a different day of the week. Five minutes from antique hunting in Isle sur la Sorgue, 20 minutes to the Palais des Papes in Avignon, and 30 minutes to Chateauneuf de Pape. The area is ideal for hiking, biking and touring, wine tasting, and excellent provencal dining.
Warning: in August it can be hot, and Air Conditioning is French country style. (You open the windows and shutters at night to catch the cool air, and close them in the day to keep the house comfortable). The pricing is firm,and not negotiable.
This house is one of the top few quality restorations in the Luberon Valley, and will please the most demanding of visitors. It has been our private home for the last 5 years, as we have lived the dream in Provence.
