I spent tons of time researching properties before finally settling on this one and boy was I NOT disappointed. Not only was the property as described we had such great communication with the owner and property manager.
As others have said in their reviews the property just steps off of 5th ave so there is a lot of music coming from nearby restaurants that could be problem for a light sleeper, but it didn't bother us at all.
The property was fully furnished with all you could need for a short- or long-term stay including plenty of linens. There is a great stock of beach and pool towels as well as blankets, extra sheets. AND great Wifi so a perfect location for remote working.
We loved having access to the washer and dryer right in the unit and that detergent was on hand.
This location is also in a perfect spot and near so much. A 10-minute walk from the bus and ferry station, minutes to the beach, and seconds to 5th ave. It could not be more perfectly located.
Angela the property manager was beyond responsive when we had questions. We had a problem with the key late one night and she responded to our text within minutes and had someone out to fixed it immediately. Erin who I believe is the property owner and the one I communicated with via the app was also incredibly responsive and made the check in process easy and seamless. I received and welcome email days before arriving so I knew exactly what to expect and there was no stress.
