Outside and Access: Extensive gardens, both private to the house and shared, with lavender beds, oleanders, vines and olive tress. Beautiful view up to St Paul. Large south facing terrace with stylish tables and chairs. Umbrella and BBQ. Shared pool, not heated but not needed in July and August. Location The nearest beach is Cagnes sur Mer 15 mins away.Promenade Des Anglais in Nice 20 mins away. Nice international Airport 15 minutes away.10 minute walk uphill to centre of St Paul , or 5 minutes by car. Car essential 10 minutes drive to Vence, for all facilities - Supermarket, shops, banks, restaurants.
Shopping Dining and events: There is a music festival in Vence in the main square throughout the summer months of July and August. St Paul has cash machines, occasional market fro fresh produce, and of course restaurants.- the most famous of which is the Columbe D'or. If guests wish to book table on their lovely outside terrace, booking well ahead of your holiday is recommended. The big festival of St Clair , the patron saint of St Paul, is in early August with fireworks, a big party with live music and dancing.
