The perfect escape

We stayed for a week in June. While the pictures of the house are amazing and conjured the image of a perfect getaway, I had tried to tone down my expectations. I was wrong. The house is even nicer than it appears. Every amenity is provided, new kitchen accessories and appliances (even a real coffee maker), a working new grill, the beds were comfortable, the place was immaculate when we arrived and there were plenty of sheets and towels. I am a sucker for decor and the place is the ultimate in beach chic. The sun sets directly in the backyard and we were treated to the most amazing views every evening. The fans and proximity to the bay made it so we didn't even use the new air conditioners because a lovely breeze kept the house cool every evening. The deck is stunning and the perfect place to read, entertain, bbq and nap. The beach is a pebble beach and stunning. We enjoyed taking dips in the bay. There is also a farm a 2 minute drive away where we picked up fresh eggs and various locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The owner was accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. My deposit was returned in a timely manner. I would definitely return.
