This beautiful 6 bedroom Villa is in the closest residential community to the Disney Theme Parks (2 miles away) 5 minutes. This Villa comfortably sleeps 12 people and is set in the stunning location of Rolling Hills. What sets our Villa apart from the rest is our grand amenities. This gorgeous 6 bedroom Villa has 4 large master suites, 2 Disney themed rooms with twin beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas. There is a large wide screen Television and DVD system, cable television is also provided in the family room, master suite and all bedrooms, some of which also include a DVD and VCR players. There is a games room equipped with a full size pool table and football table. A cot is available, 2 highchairs and a variety of pushchairs. There is a selection of videos, games, books and toys for all ages together with a Playstation. The Villa features a large heated swimming pool and an extended deck area which is fully screened.

The Villa is in the closest residential community to the Disney Theme Parks (2 miles away) 5 minutes. Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM are only are 5/10 minute drive. The Villa is situated just off of the Highway 192 which connects you to other theme parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Waterparks are approximately 10 minutes away and Busch Gardens, the Kennedy Space Centre and beaches are within 1 hours drive. There are six golf courses within 10 minutes of the Villa, not for the so professional golfers there are many crazy golf courses just 10 minutes away. For the serious shopper the shopping outlets are only 10 minutes away. For the more adventurous you could try Gatorland to look at the Alligators. Just down the road from the Villa (approx. 5 minutes) there are a selection of restaurants, supermarkets and a walk-in 24 hour medical centre. The nice thing about this Villa that it is perfectly located for all amenities whatever takes your fancy.

Dancing Palms Villa: Dancing Palms Villa is beautifully furnished with 4 large double bedrooms, 2 Disney themed twin bedrooms all with walk-in wardrobes and 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The Villa is ideal for one or two families. It has a well equipped kitchen with a large microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, utility room which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and a small drying area. There is a formal dining area, a family room, sitting room and a cafe dining area close to the kitchen. There is a large games room with a full size pool table and a football table. There is a large screen television and DVD system in the sitting room, cable television is also provided in the sitting room, master suite and all bedrooms, some of which also include a DVD and VCR players. A selection of videos, games, books and toys for all ages are also supplied together with a Playstation. There are numerous ceiling fans situated in most rooms.

This is very nice house in a good location. It's within 20 minutes of disney, universal and sea world. There's lots of restaraunts and a fair amount of shopping nearby.
We had ten people total with 6 teens. Everyone had lots of space. The screened in pool and Lanai area are very nice with sunshine in the morning. The palm trees give a fair amount of seclusion from the neighbors.
The rental process was easy and the house was clean when we arrived. There were no surprises, the house was accurately presented in the on line photographs.
