This is a beautiful, large 5 bedroom 3300 sq. ft. home with an open floor plan on a secluded, private 1-acre estate with central a/c, 1 mile to South Village Beach. Relax on either the large main 16' x 30' sunny deck or the shaded 12' x 18' Cape Cod deck, overlooking large, private and spacious lawns and the classic old red barn. This home has skylights, large glass sliding doors, and large casement windows to capture the delightful southwesterly breezes off Nantucket Sound, and 2 central air conditioning systems, one for the first floor and one for the bedrooms. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs. The Master BR (#1) has a king bed w/ private bath; Bedroom #2 has a queen bed; the remaining three bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room. There are 2 additional full baths upstairs, one near the queen BR & one of the twin BR; and the other full bath is near the other two twin bedrooms. There is another full bath on the first level, for a total of 4 full bathrooms.
