There is a parking which belongs to the municipality of Palamós. The parking is free during the whole year with the exception of June, July, August and september when you will have to pay around 3 euros per day. However you can park your car freely in the streets near the house. This beautiful villa is just by la Fosca beach, a beautiful sand beach. In the beach you can practice all kind of water sports, there are showers, you can play volley ball beach and it is also a watched beach with a Red Cross point. The Palamós hospital is at 5 min drive. You can also find restaurants and bars nearby the beach. The villa has a shared garden of 3.500 m2 with 10 families where there is a pelota court and a forest. The villa has a a terrace which is private to the house. La Fosca belongs to the municipality of Palamós, a fishing town which is near PLaya de Aro. Where you can find golf courses, a water park and a scuba diving school and a modern sailing school.

This house is at 30 m. from the sand beach of La Fosca. You can take very nice walk in the coast and see and amazing place plenty of sand beaches and pines. La Fosca is very closed from Cala Salguer, Castell beach, and Llafranc, Calella, Tamariu. You can also go to Palamós and find nice restaurants and bars as well as in Palafrugell. The parking at 20 meters from the house belongs to the municipality of Palamós is free during the whole year with the exeption of June, July, August and September, in these months you have to pay 3 euros per day, however there is a lot of streets near the house where you can park your car completly free.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Visitors need to take their own beach towels. Your booking will be secure with 30% of the total renting amount and the 70% will be give at your entry in cash. I also need a breakage deposit in cash of 200 or 300 euros depending in the season. Which will be refund the exit date if everything is OK. Changeover day during medium and high season will be Saturdays. check out before 10:00 am. Check in after 17:00 pm.
  • There is an option to rent linen. Bed linen for double bed: 15 euros. For single bed: 8 euros. Towels: one big and one medium size 4 euros. There is an additional charge for heating: 40 euros. Which includes: 2 gas butane or kerosene heaters and 1 electric heater.

Notes: If you need a cot and a child´s highchair please ask for them. There is a parking which belongs to the municipality of Palamós at 10 meters from the house. You can park there freely except for July and August. In July and August you have to pay around 3 euros per day. However you can park near the house completely free even during July and August. There is also a parasol in the house, an ironing board and an iron. The heating will be provided by an electric fire and by a heater of gas butane or kerosene.The garden which is 3500 m2. has a pelota court and a forest and is shared between 10 families. The children can play and adults can be seated and has a great view to the beach.
