Features include 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, huge kitchen, two dishwashers, wine cooler, top of the line monogram appliances, ice maker, dual fuel cooking, 3 sinks, master bath with whirlpool, walk-in shower, his and hers vanity areas, private toilet and bidet area and 4700 square feet of living space. There are breathtaking and unlimited gulf views, with southwest exposure. It is literally a stone's throw to the gulf. You feel like you are standing on a ship! Other features include a full size laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, gas fireplace, and elegant furnishings with plantation shutters throughout. Each of the four bedrooms has a dedicated full private bath. The building amenities are unsurpassed and include a private beach and private fishing pier. There is a vanishing edge swimming pool and a spa on the lobby.
