Our real log home is located in the heart of the Poconos and is available for year round enjoyment for all that the area has to offer! Sit on the front porch and overlook beautiful Beltzville Lake State Park with a 7 mile long lake, lagoons, and feeder streams for fishing, boating, hiking, and swimming. The park has 2 boat launch locations, a sand beach, wooded picnic areas, and miles of marked hiking trails. Penn's Peak is a few minutes drive - a great place for big name entertainment and a spectacular view of the Blue Mountain Ridge. Nearby attractions include The Historic Town of Jim Thorpe, Pocono International Raceway, Dorney Park and Wild Water Kingdom, The Crossings Outlet Shopping Center, whitewater rafting, biking, zip line/adventure sports parks, paintball, shooting range/sporting clays, and horseback riding, to name a few. Blue Mountain Ski Resort is visible from our front porch - Camelback, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, and other popular ski areas are all just a short drive.

Our log home will sleep 10 people. One bedroom has a queen and single bed, the other has a double and single bed, and the open loft has a double and 2 single beds. There are 2 full baths and linens are included. The fully equipped kitchen is next to a large dining area and a two story great room. There's comfortable seating in the living room and a wood stove provides comfort and warmth on chilly nights (traditional electric heat is also available in each room and there’s air conditioning in the summer). There's a large screen TV with DVD player, WIFI throughout the house, washer and dryer, and plenty of parking. Sorry, no smoking inside or pets. Adults age 25 and older or families only. This was the perfect place to stay for our group of nine friends. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the Poconos: hiking, white water rafting, paint balling. Coming back to the cabin was the perfect ending to all our activities. The place was better than we expected. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The owner of the cabin was extremely accommodating and responsive to all our questions. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for a relaxing time in the Poconos. All nine of us intend to come back and stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at this wonderful cabin and it exceeded our expectations. It's beautifully furnished and spacious with a great location. We had a great time and plan on staying again when the weather is warmer. Janet and Marty are super nice and readily available. This cabin is a must stay!

Our weekend at this wonderfully kept cabin was extremely fun. Each and everyone one of us enjoyed the cabin, it's amenities, the location, and how "homey" it made us feel. We had soo much fun and we are definitely returning during the summer. This cabin is a must stay and Janet and Marty are very polite and readily available. No complaints here at all. :)

A great family vacation cabin!

This place was perfect for the family! The cabin is well kept, very nicely decorated, and has many amenities to suit any need - especially people with young children. We stayed with our good friends who have two 6-year old girls. We have a 4-year old girl. The kids had a great time playing with toys and watching videos that were already provided. The fireplace is beautiful and all firewood and kindling is provided. The cabin is is a quiet area, and minutes from the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Everything you need is at this cabin - even if you forget to bring shampoo like we did! I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! Very clean, very country, and totally awesome!
