Condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8

Come relax, unwind and enjoy at this new Luxury Designer Condo with all the upgrades and amenities that one would want! This new 3 bedroom condo located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN- close to many entertainment and shopping venues, can easily accomodate 8 guests.

Finished in warm earth tones with aqua blue and caramel accents, this beautiful unit includes new hardwood floors in the living area with an electric fireplace with a slate stacked stone wall and mounted 46' TV. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat with an accent chair to easily seat 6 around the fireplace. And opens to a balcony with seating for taking in the beautiful mountain views. All windows and doors have privacy shades with accent custom drapery panels and new light fixtures installed throughout the space.

The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinets with a beautiful tile and glass backsplash. The open dining space includes an eating bar with two upholstered bar stools and a dining table with 6 upholstered chairs.

Located just off the living area are the three bedrooms- a Master Suite and two Guest Bedrooms.

Each bedroom is carpeted and equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD and ample closet and clothing storage space. The Master Suite has a King size Bed and a newly tiled Master Bath with a garden tub, shower and granite topped vanity. The two guest bedrooms, one King and one Queen, share a newly tiled guest bath with shower and granite topped vanity.

All new bed and bath linens included. This unit also includes a upgraded washer and dryer.

The only way to describe this condo is WONDERFUL! The pictures doesn't do it justice. It was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. Easy to get to and close to all of the attractions. So much better than staying in a hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next Girls Weekend Getaway! We might even allow our families to come along too. ;)

Hurricane Sandy Detour to Gatlinburg

We started on a planned trip to Maine from Hendersonville TN with another couple. Hurricane Sandy made us change our trip. We got as far as Lancaster, PA. I got online and looked for something in Gatlinburg. Melissa's designer condo was what we needed to lift our spirits as we were so disappointed that we did not get to eat fresh lobster. The condo was even better than presented and the views were awesome. It was very quiet and peaceful with easy access to the Parkway. The designer did a great job and the layout was perfect for our needs. My friend is a gourmet cook. Add that to this beautiful condo and we recuperated fast. Melissa is easy to contact and pleasant to work with. The four of us give this condo an EXCELLENT rating.

AWESOME Place.. Will stay again

This was one of the best places that we stayed in a long time. The condo was very clean, nice, and a great location. We had plenty of room for our family. Melissa did a great job on emailing me with all the details, and was very fast at responding when I would email her with any questions. We will definitely have to stay at this place again. Wonderful condo

My family and I just stayed at the condo for an extended weekend visit. We all loved the condo. It was spacious, very clean and well decorated. The location was perfect for us also. We have stayed in cabins previously and usually had long drives into pigeon forge. The location of this condo was very convenient but still felt somewhat secluded and quiet which we enjoyed. We definitely plan on staying here for our future visits to Pigeon Forge. Once again we loved this condo and definitely recommend it!!!

What a gem!

This condo is so beautiful! My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and really hated to leave. Everything is so comfortable and really feels like home. I have stayed in many units in this complex and this is by far the nicest and most luxurious. While other units are cookie cutter and somewhat cold, this unit is warm, inviting, and professionally decorated. I almost hate to give a positive review because I don't want everyone else finding this hidden gem!!! We will definitely be back. And, Melissa was very easy to work with. We had trouble getting into the unit the first day, and she was available by phone when I called and helped immediately. Thanks, Melissa!
