A superb quiet one bedroom lower ground floor apartment with natural light that looks onto a well kept court-yard garden. Facilities include a fully fitted bathroom and kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer machine (new for 2013) and separate living area with sofa bed, complimentary WiFi internet access, TV/DVD, Hi Fi/CD Player and dining table. The apartment is ideally situated for Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres, as well as the District and Piccadilly Tube Lines and local bus services. London's many attractions and the West End. Also nearby is the White City Westfield Shopping Centre.

Notes: There are six steps down to the front door of the apartment.

Wonderful Holiday

We stayed at the flat and were very impressed! It was exactly as listed and central to everything, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Right from the get go Ian and John were great at answering all my questions (I asked a lot and they never complained!) they supplied lots of extra info on pubs, restaurants etc.
We arrived about an hour before we said we would...7am on a Saturday morning and even though we woke them we were greeted and shown our flat.
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in London, would recommend to anyone for it's location, comfort and great landlords, don't hesitate to rent this flat.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Excellent London rental

This is a little gem of a London rental. I prefer apartments to hotels and have stayed in a few, this is up there with the best. Great spot for commuting into the centre of town and ideal for getting the tube to Heathrow.

Lovely light and airy for a lower ground flat. Very quiet neighbourhood. Everything you could need, landlords very helpful with a local knowledge.

Will most likely stay again!

Our Second and Third visit in 2 Years

My Husband and I first stayed at Ian and Johns apartment in Oct 2009 and decided that if we were ever lucky enough to return to London we would stay there again and 2 years later we came back for two seperate visits and still we would not stay anywhere else.

I can not add anything new from my previous review except to stay that my in-laws will be visiting London in September and they are also staying here and I will keep recommending it to everyone I meet.

Thank you Ian and John. Hope to see you both in 2 years.

Lovely property. Great value for money!

This 1-bedroom flat is conveniently located near Barons Court tube, minutes of walk away from transport links to Central London and local amenities. The flat is located in a quiet street, on the lower ground floor. It is quite spacious and it has got quite a lot of natural light coming in.

The property was clean, well-maintained and tastefully furnished. Thanks to quirky decorations (Look out for the biker bear!), which add a personal touch, the flat feels warm and welcoming. It features a fully equipped kitchen (if you want to cook for yourself) and fitted bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the reception area which is not very comfortable, but I guess there isn't such thing as a comfortable sofa bed. It would be nice to have a pair of coat hooks in the hall, so one does not have to store their coats into the cupboard every time.

There are plenty of books, DVDs and CDs to keep you entertained in case the weather turns grim. There are plenty of maps, guide books and as well as a folder full of helpful information and local trivia to help you find your way around.

Ian was very friendly and helpful. He was attentive without being obtrusive providing great customer service throughout the booking and our stay. He answered all our questions and even provided us with an extra set of keys so we can come and go independently, which was very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. It provides excellent value for money. Five stars!
