The house is located on an ocean-front lot in a family friendly neighboorhood only a few minutes drive from the center of Reykjavik. The view from the back yard is unbeatable, with unobstructed view of the ocean and natural lava fields on the other side of the ocean bay. A geothermal swimming pool with a number of hydrolic jacuzzi tubs and steam sauna baths is located within minutes walk from the house. You can access a paved walking path right next to the house and on it you can circle the neighboorhood and get into Reykjavik very easily. You can access Iceland's only white sand beach in Nautholsvik in Reykjavik in about 20 minute walk. A number of golf courses can be found nearby, the closest one is minutes away by car. There is also a Tennis Center in a walking distance from the house. It is possible to rent a 7 seat Volvo Jeep with the house.
