Fantastic Home, Fantastic Location, Terrific Owner

We rented this home for a week in Aug 2012 and were really pleased. The house is terrific, clean, fully and well furnished and stocked; we are foodies and the kitchen is awesome, it has a fantastic set of decks (2) overlooking the bay, the deck furniture is terrific, the living room is open and spacious, and all 5 bedrooms great! The owner could not have been more accomodating, even buying new beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay to ensure we had them. Its a real easy walk to the beach. We loved it and will absolutely return. Dealing with Brian the owner was so easy, and our deposit was returned within days of leaving the property. Overall a pleasure!

Great Stay, Very Nice House

The house is exactly as the pictures show. It's a newly remodeled house with two great decks for BBQ, one on the roof and another on the main floor. Brian and Heather were great to work with and were willing to meet in New York to hand off keys and meet with us. Our friends had a great time and the house was very clean. Everything was very smooth and seamless. Great view of the bay and across teh street from the beach. We had a lot of great BBQ's on the deck while watching the sunset.

We had a fabulous time at 30 Dune Lane. The house had everything we needed, was clean and beautifully maintained. and the kayaks were a great addition. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms were very comfortable and everyone with plenty of space, closet space and bathrooms. The common areas are beautiful, and very comfortable as well. If the house only had the deck, that would be reason to stay there. It is so beautiful,quiet and relaxing. We truly did not want to leave. In addition the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

OUR FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME AT THIS HOUSE. OUR THREE GROWN SONS LOVED THE LOCATION ON THE BAY, AS WELL AS BEING SO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN. THE POOL TABLE AND THE KAYAKS ADDED TO THE ENJOYMENT OF THE HOUSE AND IT'S LOCATION. WE LOVED SPENDING TIME ON THE ROOF DECK AND ENJOYING THE GREAT VIEWS. EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A GREAT VACATION WAS PROVIDED. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND HOPE TO RETURN NEXT SUMMER.
