Recently refurbished, sparkling clean Bonnet Shore’s beach house available for 2013 summer rental.

A 10 minute walk to Kelley (Big) Beach and 2 streets away from Little Beach. It’s a perfect vacation spot if you’re looking to avoid the crowds and prefer the tranquility of a small, quiet, residents-only beach setting.

Enjoy the quiet backyard deck area complete with a view of the salt pond. Includes patio furniture and new gas grill (last season) w/cooking utensils. In the evening, enjoy watching a movie/ballgame on a 40” HDTV flat screen w/surround sound and HD cable programming included. Wireless internet also included.

The home has central air-conditioning and the kitchen comes completely equipped w/ coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove, and full-featured microwave oven. The dining area table accommodates up to 10 people. Also includes small breakfast bar w/ 4 stools. Enjoy the convenience of 2 sparkling clean baths. All linens, beach towels, pillows included. Washer/dryer on first level.

Other features and amenities include: wireless Internet, HD cable TV, DVD player, central air, granite counter tops, vaulted ceiling and hardwood floor in the living room and dinning area.

Sleeping accommodations:

Bedroom #1 Configuration: 1 Queen bed w/ mirrored bureau, tall bureau, and nightstand. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom #2 Configuration: 2 Full sized Beds w/ small bureau and nightstand. Sleeps 4.

Family Room: Full-sized leather sleep sofa. Sleeps 2. Also includes a second leather couch providing plenty of comfortable seating.

Plenty of available storage and closet space in both bedrooms.

Bathroom Configuration:

#1: Shower and bathtub combination w/ full sized vanity and mirror.

#2: Full sized shower with integral seat and handicap grab bars. Includes vanity and mirror.
