3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 7

Appreciate the vintage bungalow of yesteryear, one of the few remaining originals cottages of North Beach. Enjoy the sunsets and Lake Michigan from almost every room in the house. One of the finest sandy beaches just steps from the house.

It is the hub of activity and fun.

The cottage features wainscoting, oak and tile floors, galley kitchen, dining room, front and small back porches. Two bedrooms are downstairs, one with twin bed and one with a double bed. The upstairs features a dormer (crow’s nest). This is great for the children with three beds and bath and creates private quarters for playing and quiet time alike. The large deck wraps around and provides another dining area. The cottage is from the 1920's, with multiple upgrades through out the years.

I have rented this cottage since 1987 with many happy families returning. Bring your bathing suit and enjoy.

Twenty five yards to the beach! 84 Esplande is an ideal location for walking the pier head, boat slips, and sandy beaches. Just blocks to the river front where there are outdoor music fests, shopping, library, and an old fashioned theater. Walking distance to rental shops for kayaks, kite surfing, jet skiing. Stroll along the channel and watch boats pass. Three blocks to the deli, two blocks to Stanley Johnson Park and browse the various craft, art fairs and the blue berry festival. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the deck, living room, dining, porch and kitchen.

Rental Rates for this vacation bungalow rental in South Haven, Michigan

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rate table is as follows:

    Spring Rates- call for specific deals.
    Early Summer Rates May and June are $1600/week
    Summer Rates for 24 June through 18 Aug are $1800/week
    Labor Day Special- 9 days for $2000!
    Additional rates are available for the fall.

    Check in time Saturday at 2.00pm EST with a check of time of 11.00am EST the following Saturday.

    A damage/security deposit of $250 is required with the last payment. Deposit will be returned 7 to 14 days after your departure once the house has been cleaned and inspected for damages and/or missing items.
