We have locals DISCOUNT LIFT TICKETS available for all our guests to Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons! (Additional resorts available upon request.) Plus, we will have them waiting for you upon arrival, saving you a bundle of money and the hassle of searching on your own. Unbelievable location! Regardless of where you'd like to stay, be sure to ZOOM on our 'Location' map to see our specific location in relation to many interesting points throughout town on our Google Map. Practically a ski-in/ski-out via Quit N Time or Creole runs at PCMR.

We have an outstanding location, vaulted ceilings and all the comforts you require! Relax and enjoy yourselves in our cozy/fully furnished and well-appointed home away from home. Each bedroom comes with a Queen-size pillow top bed covered in your choice of luxurious 500 thread count pima sateen sheets or deluxe flannel sheets and premium bedspreads, as well as flat screen cable TV. In addition, there's a fantastic leather pull-out sofa in the living room along with a HD flat screen TV/cable. For your convenience, we also have a double-secured ski locker in our garage, which is a 3 minute walk from the PCMR Town Lift.

The kitchen is fully furnished, should you decide to cook that romantic dinner rather than venturing off to one of Park City's many wonderful Zagat's rated restaurants. (Need suggestions? Just ask us or look at our map.) There is also a wet bar to chill your champagne, make a martini, or blend that thirst-quenching margarita before heading off for some of the best/most reasonably priced authentic Mexican food this side of the border!

If it's a mountain playground you're looking for, Park City has everything you could desire, including the best powder on earth with amazing access to the mountain! We can assist you in securing excellent discount tickets to virtually any local resort.

Our condo is literally steps away from Main Street and the Park City Town Lift in historic Old Town, so a car is not really necessary. (It's a 2-3 minute walk outside our front door.) But, if needed, we have reserved covered parking (downstairs) and reserved off-street parking just outside of our back door on Woodside Avenue, which is quite a luxury for any Old Town location. If you're not up to strolling the streets, take the free trolley to the Main Street shops/nightlife or hop on the free bus to the outer environs of the Olympic ski park, Kimball Junction or the Tanger Outlet Mall. (Free transportation is a 2-3 minute walk from our front door, as well.)

If it's simply rest and relaxation you're looking for, we would love to accommodate your needs. Kick back and enjoy a book from our collection, bring your own laptop for high speed internet surfing, listen to some music from of our variety of CDs, or enjoy one of our many DVDs. Many of our movies consist of Independent titles you might find at the Sundance Film Festival, but we also have a little something for everyone. Maybe you'd just like to enjoy a relaxing massage/facial at one of the many excellent local spas! We will gladly point you in the right direction.

Whatever it is you're looking for, we live in Salt Lake City, so we're nearby and ready to attend to any needs and requests you might have for us. It is our pleasure to make your stay a comfortable and informed one. Our goal is to provide the type of service often stated, but rarely delivered these days when making reservations through one of the endless resort services. We LOVE our location! You can practically ski to the back door! We can't think of a better location in town! It truly is steps from Main Street, public transportation, and a quiet residence, in addition to fabulous food and drinks!

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the ability to 'ski in/ski out' via the Town Lift and either Creole or Quit N Time run, in addition to all the hiking and mountain biking trails directly behind our unit. Our location with regard to Main Street is fabulous, so we enjoy walking to all the incredible restaurants at the heart of the action.

Great location and the most wonderful hosts!

Our stay at the condo was fantastic. Cindy was great with communication and arranging our stay was a breeze. A short walk from the town lift got us skiing in no time and the condo is within walking distance to everything that Main St. has to offer. We did not need a car except to get over to the Canyons for a day of skiing. The condo is very cozy and the beds were very comfortable and had wonderful warm flannel linens. We also liked the living area which was a great place to relax and watch movies. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to come back. Cindy and Kathleen are so kind and go above and beyond for their guests.

The pictures and reviews were all spot-on. The condo's location and amenities were exactly as described. What we didn't expect was the amount of help and quick responses Cindy provided. Our group had never been to Park City before, and Cindy answered all of our questions very quickly. All of her recommendations were great and arriving to and leaving from the condo was incredibly easy. Even during our stay, it began to snow pretty hard and Cindy sent me tips on how to ski in the powder. All in all, the condo was great, but Cindy went above and beyond to make our trip an incredible memory.

Fantastic condo and great all-around experience

This is a really nice unit, The owners do a great job in providing all the information needed for arrival and for your stay in Park City. When we arrived, the condo was impeccably clean and it's really tastefully decorated and furnished. There were also several very nice, but unexpected little touches and welcome items that the owners provided and made for an effortless first arrival night. The location is great! A very short walk to the town lift for skiing and you're just a few steps from main street for evening dining and entertainment. Although we have a car, it's remained in the underground parking the entire time, except for a dinner trip to Deer Valley. You really don't need a car when staying here. The city buses stop very close and will take you anywhere around the entire area if you wanted to go outside the Park City main street area. But for downtown Park City and skiing, it's all just a very short walk. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. The condo actually looks and feels much bigger than it appears in the photos, probably due to the vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit.

In short, I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this condo. I've rented many different places in Park City over the past several years, from Kimball/Redstone area to right at the base of the resort. and I think this unit and location is the best value of any of them.

Best location for downtown Park City access, skiing, restaurants, shopping and as nice as home!

Four of us stayed at Cindy & Kathleen's awesome condo for a week of skiing in Park City and the Canyons. You couldn't ask for an all-around better, more convenient location with a feel as nice as your own home. We walked a few blocks to the Park City town lift, the downtown shops and restaurants, and the bus route to the grocery store and for access to the Canyons. The condo is very clean, nicely equipped, and the bonus was also being able to get the discount lift tickets waiting for us when we arrived. Cindy and Kathleen were awesome hosts who bent over backwards to make our stay the best possible and we highly recommend their place if convenience and location is at the top of your list.
