Great Place and Very Pleasant Weekend

Our extended family of 12 adults and 2 children rented both floors for the May 17 - 19 weekend for our son's UT graduation. The house was spacious, immaculate, nicely furnished, and with appliances all in working condition. The beds were comfy, with clean linens. The baths were very clean and well stocked. The lake view from the top floor and balcony was gorgeous. Both floors were identical in layout and furnishings, so the older family members were put on the bottom floor, while the "young guns" were on top, which worked out well. We made the quick short drive to the lake, and rented a pontoon boat and jet skis from "Just For Fun", and everyone had a blast on the water.
The house is well situated, with grocery stores within a 10-min drive, and about 30 min drive to UT (Route 2222+ Mopac Hwy much faster than 620+ Hwy 35). Los Pinos at Hudson Bend and Beacon (around the corner, walking distance) is a great Mexican restaurant with reasonable prices.
Mario was nice and easy to deal with, and called at check-in and check-out to make sure everything went well. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.
