Welcome to this brand new to HOMEAWAY market privately owned Chalet situated right above downtown Gatlinburg at 2380ft. With views of the Great Smoky Mountains and Mount Le Conte.
This exquisite 1,650 sq. Ft. Chalet offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Both bedrooms on main floor include 2 king size beds to accomodate two couples traveling together.
One of the pro''s that sets our chalet apart from others is the not steep driveway and although we have lovely mountain views, this chalet is planted firmly on the ground and not hanging on stilts over a ledge,so for those afraid of heights,no worries!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!The driveway is also level to the house for easy access of luggage,groceries and especially for your cute little kids that have fallen asleep in the car!! Seniors will love it too!
Orso bruno ( bruno bear) will greet you as you enter the keyless front door , step into an open warm living and dining area with grand stone wood burning fireplace for you to gather around on chilly nights,while roasting chestnuts on an open fire!

Guests that stay at 'la dolce vita chalet' 'the sweet life chalet' ,have the privilege of using a pass to three owners club houses.The one closest to you ( 1.5 miles away) have the largest out door swimming pool,kiddie pool,play ground,shuffle board,ping pong,game,and pool tables.
The two tennis courts ( find a couple of tennis rackets in the second bedrooms closet to use) are open year round.
The clubs are open from 9am to 9pm starting on memorial day and ending labor day.
