This condominium is a rare Skaneateles Lake gem. It is located in the heart of the downtown district of Skaneateles. It has breathtaking views of Skaneateles Lake. It also has lake frontage with a dock for swimming and lounging by the water as well as a mooring so that you could bring your boat along. The best part about this condo is the fact that it is right on Main Street in downtown Skaneateles so you can literally walk right out of the front door and start shopping and dining in all of the boutiques and restaurants that the village has to offer.

Home Exterior Details: It offers beautiful lake views! It has lake access. There is a dock also a dock and a mooring available.

Home Interior Details: This newly renovated condo is 2200 square feet. It's furnishings are refined and comfortable. This home sleeps up to 8 people with two bedrooms with king size beds and two full size sofa beds. There are two bathrooms and a spacious living room, dining room and a 400 square foot Florida Room and deck area with amazing views looking right up the lake.

The wonderful finger lakes region is second to none in offering vacationers a wide variety of activities. Skaneateles Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the world. This condo is on the lake for swimming, fishing or just to sit and read a book. You can also literally just walk across the street for all the shopping and dining in Skaneateles that you can handle. It's also only 4 miles away from the Merry-Go-Round Theater and Emerson Park in Auburn. There is also rich history in Auburn like the Harriet Tubman House and the Seward House. Let's not forget the fingerlakes wine trail. Anyela's is the first winery on Skaneateles Lake and it's only a short drive away!

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend, both in Syracuse & in Skaneateles. The condo was fabulous - spotless, comfortable & well equipped. Our family loved the views, the town & being able to enjoy a celebratory meal together in quiet, peaceful & beautiful surroundings. The weather could have been better, but we certainly were able to enjoy the deck at just the right times! Thank you so much for all your prompt & professional help from booking to check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo

Thank you so much for your hospitality and for allowing us to use your kayaks, etc. We all had a wonderful time here! Your place is spacious and accommodated us all perfectly – needless to say, the view is priceless! We already knew the town, but saw it “in a new light” and would certainly love to stay again! It was very enjoyable and relaxing. I can see how there are always a smile on your face!

Great layout, awesome view of Skaneateles, friendly owner, perfectly suited for enjoying the Lake and the Village. Enjoyed the fine food at Rosalie's Cuchina, 1820 House, Joe's Pasta Garage, and of course a trip or two to Doug's Fish Fry. Bicycling West Lake Road Was a treat as well as a visit to the Creamery to satisfy our Interest in local history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at your home in Skaneateles. You were very generous with all of your knowledge of the community offerings. We loved using your dock and water toys.
