A large luxury 2 bedroom/ en-suite apartment suitable for all year rental. The apartment is equipped with all you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday! No car is necessary as everything is on your doorstep and not far from local bus route. There are many international restaurants and bars within walking distance, also shops and supermarket. It has an American style kitchen which is fully equipped, leading onto the dining area, a large lounge (with veranda off) with seating for 6 people has English TV (40 stations) and DVD player. Hot and cold air conditioning is located throughout the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, a double with storage (with safe) which has an en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, full sized bath with shower over and WC. The second is a twin with storage and en-suite with walk in shower, basin and WC. The lounge has a full sized double sofa bed (sleeps 2). There are 2 large pools in the beautiful gardens. A coastal promenade is nearby.

This luxury apartment is situated at Punta Prima on the outskirts of Torrevieja. You will find all that you need for a perfect holiday right on your doorstep, excellent weather with on average more than 320 sunny days each year, beautiful sandy beaches, lovely scenery, within a 15 minute drive are 3 championship golf courses. Shops, bars & restaurants are nearby. Also a buzzing night life can be found in nearby Torrevieja. The apartment is situated only 2 minutes walk from Punta Prima beach. The cities of Murcia and Alicante are easily accessible with plenty to do & see. An ideal holiday destination for all. Torrevieja with its multi cultural atmosphere is only 5 minute drive away or a short bus ride. There is a street market every day in the nearby areas. The famous town of 'Benidorm' is 1 & 1/2 hour away with 'Terra Mitica', 'Terra Natura' & 'Mundomar' attractions. Torrevieja in the summer has its own water park (Aquapolis). Go Carting is near by.The new La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall is now open and approximately 5 minutes by car, it has over 150 shops & restaurants.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Please note!! There is a 60euro fee payable on arrival to cover after stay clean and laundry.
    Airport transfers are available from Alicante for a total of 40euro each way for 4 people.(Murcia price on request)

    Welcome food packs are also available for 25euro.
    There is a safe for the use of renters at no extra charge.
    Please note that it is the responsibility of the renter to make sure that they have adequate health and liability insurance as it is not the responsibility of the owner
    25% non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    There is also a 100euro refundable deposit for breakages payable on arrival.
    Check in is after 14.00 on arrival day and check out is 10.00 on day of departure, but we will do our best to accomodate earlier arrivals or later departures.
  • Please note:- when travelling by bus from Alicante airport to Torrevieja there will be an additional €15 check in fee due to the ammount of time spent waiting at apartment.

My Partner and myself rented this luxury apartment for a week in June 2009, and not expecting to much having rented similair places before, but what a great shock. The description given was, well an under statement The apartment was everything stated and so much more, it was tastefully furnished, fully equiped in the kitchen, everything you could ever want for a stress free get away. The immediate area (walking distance) had everything you could need from great small beachs, good old fashioned bars to interment restaurants right through to a night club. As for the site the apartment is situated, you have beautiful gardens, 3 pools, regular security guard patrols, so very safe and definitly not crowded. If you like your sun, teh pool decked areas or grass surrounds are excellent sun traps with the apartments acting as great wind breaks. The owner was helpful and totally honest throughout our booking, we would definitly recommend this apartment and will be booking again in the near future.

I stayed here in May 2009 for 11 days. A lovely bright apartment on the ground floor with wonderful security. Security guards constantly around and cameras everywhere so everyone is very safe. Very clean and well equipped. A car is very handy for the shops.

Don't hesitate, this is a nice apartment.

Appartment was everything that we were told it was. Helen and Derek are very helpful and nothing was a bother for them.A bottle of bubbly was there when we arrived for my wifes big 50th. A very nice touch !
Had airport transfers booked with them and pickup and drop off was no problem at all.
Surrounding area is perfect for a nice quiet relaxing holiday.Locals are very friendly. Nice resturants and bars are close by.
We didn`t have a car but did not find that a problem. Just a short ride in to Torrevieja which is also a nice place with plenty of shops, bars etc.
Had a fantastic week and would not hesitate to go back to this appartment and area.
Thanks for everything Helen and Derek...Jackie`s 50th couldn`t have been anybetter.

Just a quick word for a Fantastic break. Apartment clean and well maintained and a nice size for my family of 6. Alittle walk to the beach and shops and a very nice eating places close by. We hired our cars from the airport, we didnt get to use them much. We'll be back very soon. Thank you all.

good vacation.

Me and my family stayed here for a week, we have a lovely time.
The apartment is really nice and clean and the pool area was really clean and the kids have a very good vacation here. The beaches around is good but i recomend to hire a car, there are so many nice beaches around, our best was cabo roig of theme we tried this first time in spain.
It´s easy to travell to the apartment from airport.
Derek and Helen, thank you for letting us rent your nice apartment, hope to see you next year.
