Location:
Mykonos is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan islands of Greece. You can have an amazing night-life in the trendy town centre which is a 20 minute walk or 4 min by car.
Traditional restaurants,shops and boutiques are in the town where you can visit the museums. The island host concerts, festivals, parades and fiestas during the summer. Fishing, boating, horse riding, meditation and yoga centres, hundred of amazing beaches including the famous Super Paradise, surfers' and kiters' beaches, nudists, DJ summer club beaches and anything else you can imagine in a Greek island.
The house is extremely peaceful and quiet, a perfect place to relax. It has been designed to come here to relax and have fun with friends and their families every weekend and during summer holidays.
Additional Guestroom:
The main house can accommodate 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. There is also an additional separate guest room that can accommodate 2 adults and can be rented at an additional cost of 100 Euros per night. This cost is extra and not included in the advertised rates.
Booking Policy:
A booking deposit of Eur.400 is required, in order to finalize a booking. The total rental cost is paid no later than 30 days before arrival. The booking deposit, then becomes damage deposit. This damage deposit will be returned within one week after departure, provided 1) there is no damage in the house, 2) no dishes are left unwashed, 3) all garbage has been removed from the house, 4) all linen and towels has been accounted for and 5) the house is left in the same excellent condition as it was found.
