Our family owned condo is located in Redington Shores, on a barrier island directly on the beach of the Gulf on Mexico. Our unit faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From the balcony you may enjoy a spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf and the white sandy beaches. Enjoy the start to your day watching the world wake up with a cup of coffee on the balcony and watch the close of the day from the balcony with the gorgeous Florida sunsets.

The condo, #304, is a spacious 1550 sq. feet of living space comfortably sleeping up to 10 persons. It features three large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom suite is located in the front if the condo. It includes a king sized bed, a large picture window overlooking the beach and patio doors going directly to the balcony. The second has two queen size beds and third bedroom has 2 king sized beds. All the bedrooms have large closets, an alarm clock, and brand new mounted 32'' televisions with built in DVD players.

The full baths have a tub with shower, new vanities with granite counter tops. Our condo has been newly remodeled as of the start of 2011. Our newly enlarged kitchen is stocked for your use with new dishes and pots and pans (as of 10/11). It has beautiful new maple cabinets, granite counter top and a new dishwasher.The refrigerator and stove are new as of spring of 2014. The dining table seats six. The dining area flows to the living area with new, as of 10/11, living room furniture for comfortable seating where you can enjoy watching a 42 inch television with DVD player.

Condo does not include a sleeper sofa. We do have a pack and play and booster seat if needed. All necessary linens and towels are supplied for your use. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on each floor,$1.75 per load.

Anglers Cove is located at 17450 Gulf Boulevard next to Redington Shores Long Fishing Pier. You are only minutes away from golfing, mini golfing, shopping and great dining to suit every palette. No pets please. We are a non- smoking unit. Smoking allowed on Balcony only. Wireless internet now available. Please let the office know you need access. Two reserved parking spaces are provided, passes are supplied by the office.

About Owner/Property Manager

We are a family owned condo. Brothers Jeff and Mark Milliren and their spouses Dorothy (Jeff) and Karen (Mark). Between us are 4 daughters and 11 grandchildren. They keep us busy!

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Redington Shores

We chose this area to purchase our home away from home because we love Florida! We are in the deep freeze 6 months of the year and love to warm up in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Redington Shores is only 40 minutes from the Tampa airport, about 45 minutes to Busch Gardens and about 2 - 2 1/2 hours to Orlando and Disney World. There are miles of beaches here to warm our cold toes and many great restaurants so we never go hungry.

What makes this condo unique

The beautiful white beach and the Gulf of Mexico are right outside the doors of our building. There is a trolley for public transport that can take you up and down Gulf Blvd. to shopping at John's Pass all the way down to Clearwater beach. There are scooters for rent just down the street so you can tour the area at your leisure. And lots of water for para-sailing, swimming and fishing. Redington Shores long Fishing Pier is right next door!

Awesome Vacation!

Stayed in September - Had family from VA, NC and FL (total of 9) - This Unit was absolutely perfect for our family needs! It is especially nice that the 1 guest bedroom has 2 King beds! Unit was very clean - kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, etc. There were also beach chairs and other items for the kids which was unexpected! Our favorite thing was to sit on balcony and watch the sunset! PERFECT view of the Gulf and the Pier! We will go back the next time we vacation on West Coast! Owners were VERY nice to work with :) We now have very fond memories of Redington Shores ! Thank you very much for making that possible for our family!

There is no place better then this! We had 4 adults and 5 children in our party. The children were ages 5 thru 10 and all shared a bedroom. Because of the spacious bedrooms with attached baths we all had plenty of privacy.The staff couldn't have been nicer even the maint. guy always very friendly and always had a smile on his face. I can't wait to get our vacation plans for next year together so I can book this wonderful condo again before it is taken!

Fabulous vacation!

My family usually stays in Indian Shores, but my in-laws traveled with us this summer and we needed a larger place. We had a marvelous time! This condo is wonderful! I have 2 daughters so we need lots of space, especially bathroom space. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is so nice. We also enjoy having a TV in each room so that everyone can have their own space to retreat to once in awhile. The kitchen is fully stocked. Every summer I usually come home with a list of "remember to take next year" items. There is not one thing that we were without in this kitchen. It was clean and well-maintained and we would highly recommend it! They are also building a Super Walmart nearby which will make grocery shopping much easier in the future. If I had to make a wish, it would be for a washer and dryer. There was a pay set right down the hall that was easily accessible, but small. We will definitely go back!
