Expansive custom-built shingle-style Buck Hill 'cottage' with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. All modern amenities, including a gormet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, 9' ceilings and wide-plank heart pine floors throughout. Public spaces on main level include kitchen, a great room w/large stone fireplace, powder room and a dining room. Bedroom with en suite bath is also located on first floor, as is the laundry room. Master and three other bedrooms located on 2nd floor, along with three full baths.

Renters will have use of the owner's country club membership, allowing the use of the fabulous Buck Hill amenities, including the 27-hole Donald Ross designed golf course, 10 Har-Tru tennis courts, 5,000 acres of land with miles of trails, fly fishing on miles of blue ribbon trout streams, outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis, etc.,
