Enjoy a Sun Valley vacation in this charming two-story home with your family and/or dogs! Summer 2013 weeks are still available, and Winter is open for reservations.

Located on a quiet neighborhood street close to the Warm Springs Creek and Big Wood River, the home's remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and private deck include top of the line appliances, a steam shower, and a Hot Springs Spa. Drive into a heated garage and make yourself at home.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, chopping-block island and custom cabinets. Read a book or watch TV in the living room on the extra-large comfy couch next to the rock fireplace. A bonus room (with laundry closet) provides extra space for kids to play, dogs to rest, or a session in the massage chair. The downstairs bathroom has custom tile work in the steam shower, two sinks and a privacy toilet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a large room with a king bed, the balcony room with a queen, and an additional queen-sized bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a tub with hand shower, toilet and sink. Linens and towels are included for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

French doors from the dining room open to the private deck and large fenced-in back yard - pets can use the dog-door! Relax in the sun, practice your short game or enjoy the spa tub after skiing, hiking, biking or golfing. Mature trees surround the property including towering aspens beside the deck.

About Matthew

We currently live in Santa Barbara, CA with our two kids and 4 dogs. We fell in love in this home while living in Ketchum during the 90's. My wife owned the local pet store so dogs have always been welcome in our home and lives. We love to vacation in Ketchum for winter and summer trips to snowboard/ski, mountain bike, hike with the dogs, and everything else there is to do in the Wood River Valley.

What makes this house unique

This is a cozy house with lots of extra space in the heated garage and bonus room. The extra large fenced-in backyard provides lots of roaming room for kids and dogs. The outdoor Hot Springs Spa and the steam shower in the bathroom will keep you warm and relaxed after all the activities Sun Valley has to offer. There are two driveways for easy access and parking. The free shuttle is just up the road for a quick ride tot he lifts. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views and it is great for dog walks.

We have been coming to Sun Valley for the last 15 years and stayed in several places. I have to say...this was one of the best places to stay. If you have dogs and bring them...it is even more delightful :) The gourmet kitchen is perfect for making a fun dinner with friends. There is an amazing living room with tons of windows where you can settle in and watch movies. After a fun hike or bike ride the hot tub and steam shower with a glass of wine is the best. The location of this home is spectacular...just a few minutes from bike and hike trails with the dogs and only .5 miles from town. You are tucked back in a beautiful neighborhood, so there is plenty of privacy. Honestly, we can't wait to go back and this will definitely be our rental of choice for years to come :)
