Perfect Stay if...

First of all, the owners are just wonderful host who has tirelessly attended to my queries again and again, so kudos to the wonderful customer service. I was skeptical with the rental apartment concept since I have never ever engaged such service but with the owner's relentless reassurance and constant replies, I was soon assured. They were also very kind to walk us through the apartment and when we needed assistance to book cabs, they were there to assist and make sure that we are right on our way to the next destination so for the hospitality that the owner has showered, we felt really blessed and thankful.

As for the apartment, the pictures are true depiction of what you will get upon arrival. It's clean and very well-maintained. Plates, utensils and other necessities are well stocked and easy to find. If you have any question, I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist you.

The apartment is close to the L-Station (only about 10 mins walk away) so that makes traveling within Brooklyn extremely easy. That said, if you are renting the apartment for sightseeing in Manhattan, it can be a little exhausting with the time spent on road.. It doesn't help that the L-train was suspended during the span of time I was there. So that's the only major downside, proximity to Manhattan.

Other than that, enjoy the stay! :) You will absolutely love the apartment and especially the great hospitality from the host! :)

good stay

its was a little smaller than what i thought. There was hair in the bathroom sink when we arrived but aside from that everything was perfect. It's a little far if you're trying to go to Manhattan but overall it's was a nice stay.

We came to visit New York for the first time and most of the hotels we looked at does not accommodate a family of 6, we chanced upon this rental property since it mentioned that it can lodge 8 people. We were not disappointed at all. The house and most especially the rooms are clean. It was able to accommodate all 6 of us with no problem. The place is cozy and inviting, clean and well maintained. Subway is just a few blocks away. Orin is one of the nicest people we have met. There is a dunkin donuts closeby (where we got our breakfast most of the time) and Subway. Our stay in New York turned out to be one of the best because of the warm welcome and great personality of the owner, as well as this property. A must stay when you visit New York !

Wonderful time had by all.

This apartment was everything we needed and then some. The full kitchen was beautifully updated and had plenty of pots and pans and dishware. The living room was comfortable. Both bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people we had. The owner was readily accessible with any questions we had. It was a little far from Manhattan by subway, about 45 minutes. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Brooklyn.

Exceptional Place To Stay

Would like to share our experience with others on this rental. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. We did not get the opportunity to meet the owner, but had great contact with him. Owner was more than willing to do anything he could to accommidate us. The wifi was great, cable etc. The apartment was exactly as stated and then some. You have anything you could need, we cooked while we were there.

The location is nice and quite, if you feel unsafe in this area you are less than a half block from the police station. Appears slightly industrial but this does not take from it. We got up early and felt comfortable walking only 3 blocks to Donkin Donuts, subway is also only 3 blocks. The off street parking is just wonderful. As I said it was quite, slept wonderful. Everything in this apartment is new and clean. Doors and locks are new, walls, bathroom, shower all kept very clean. No smoke or pet ordors present which to me is a major plus. Thank you for making our visit to New York a lot less stressful! Hope to visit again sometime.
