This was my second time visting this condo. The owners go above and beyond to make for a stay in their condo a memorable and extremely comfortable experience. The condo is spotless and well equipped. The location can't be beat and is within walking distance to the great downtown Palm Springs restaurannts, shops and bars. The covered gated parking is a plus and the pool is great for working on that desert tan. I can't wait to come back.

Had a wonderful month. Stroll to S Palm Canyon Dr (3 blks) for markets and dining. Great hikes nearby at end of Ramon or Mesquite, called S and N Lyyken. Top floor, with large deck. Nice and clean. Friendly pool area. Car not necessary if u like to walk, but great secured parking stall included. Condo was advertised accurately. Cab fare from Airport reasonable.We would stay again.

A Gem in Downtown Palm Springs

I hesitate to give an honest review of this condo, as I would like to keep it a secret so I can stay here every time I come to Palm Springs! First off, the condo is in a perfect location, and is an easy walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shops. No real need for a car. The complex is perfectly maintained and the pool is great for taking in the wonderful Palm Springs weather. The condo itself is spotless, and the owner's have stocked the kitchen with everything needed to make for a perfect stay. The furnishings are perfectly modern and clean. The outdoor patio has great views to watch the sun come up, or spend the evenings. I can't wait to return in December. 5 Stars all around.

Beautiful Condo

We attended the Palm Springs International ShortFest. The location is perfect: near the festival venues, near downtown and cool restaurants, and there's a Ralph's grocery store only a few blocks away. The condo is beautiful, stylish and modern. It's on the top floor and very quiet. And we loved the pool that's in the building complex.
And the property management company was super friendly and very accommodating. We will be back.
