We are IN Austin and THE closest you can get to downtown Austin on Lake Travis (20 minutes) We are 30 minutes from Austin Bergstrom International Airport.. (see map) We are close to everything you need (grocery, shopping, restaurants, entertainment). Lake Travis is 65 miles long and encompasses many outlining areas of Austin.
This luxury Lake Travis waterfront estate sits 80 feet above the lake (elevator/tram to the water) creating breathtaking views from every room. Resort style negative edge pool with swim-up bar, swim lane and 'beach area' for lounge chairs and smaller kiddos. Full kitchen by the pool (sink, dishwasher, full fridge, warming drawer, BBQ grill) as well as a pool bathroom with air conditioned changing room.
Large covered deck with fireplace overlooking the pool and lake and a sun deck above. Property is completely 'walled' with security gate at entrance. 2+ acres with plenty of parking. Walk through the doors and down the hall to a 180 degree lake view that will take your breath away! This estate sits on the south shore of the main basin with NO low water issues! (the lake is still 80-100' deep in front of the home.
We have a boat dock that you can tie jet-ski's or a boat up to.
Experience the gorgeous sunsets from the pool, decks, or house without the sun glaring directly towards you (home faces N/S).
There's a movie theater that seats 8 with recliners and 120' screen and surround sound, the screen retracts to reveal a karaoke/performance stage complete with drum set, amps and mics!
Free Wi-Fi throughout the home as well as by the pool. Cable TV and a land line for local and long distance calling (not international)
This estate is excellent for entertaining and has plenty of indoor/outdoor space for guests (and parking).
The main house has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is 5100 sq. ft. and the guesthouse has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (each room has an en suite bath) and is 1,727 sq. ft. They can be rented together or separately (listed prices are for main home only, guest house adds $500/night plus tax) We only rent to one group at a time, so you will have privacy during your stay.
Main level:
Master bedroom: Lovely lake view from the king-sized bed, his and her closets, his and her toilets, dual shower heads, huge bubble tub with fire place, hand-painted mural and speakers for that romantic bubble bath
There's a bedroom next to the master with another 'secret' bedroom upstairs that is accessed from that room (has two queen beds).
Downstairs:
There are 4 bedrooms. Three rooms have queen beds and the other has two twin beds (all but one bedroom have views of the lake).
Guesthouse: (faces main house, about 25 steps away)
It has queen beds in all 3 bedrooms, plus each has their own private bath (and a half bath off the living room)
