Originally from Ohio, we are presently living in Destin, Florida, about an hour away from Sterling Beach Unit 604. We are constantly checking and making sure that our condo is up to a high level of quality and cleanliness in order that you will be completely satisfied and enjoy your exceptional visit here in Panama City Beach, Florida!

Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay while on our vacation. It slept 6 of us comfortably. It was the best condo I've ever stayed in and the view was just as good. Glad you had a good getaway to Sterling Beach. I know the weather could have been a little better, but that is one of the reasons we work hard to make our condo comfortable. Guests can't always be on Panama City's famous sugar sand beach. Getting stuck inside is a little easier to take with 3 flat screen tv's, 3 dvd players, well equipped kitchen (even a crock pot), comfortable beds and plenty of space. We try to help make time spent inside our condo quite enjoyable.

Courteous, helpful, conscientious landlord, whom we like very much. Gorgeous view. Wonderful new king-size bedding in master suite. Adequate exercise facilities on ground floor. Insufficient number of handicapper parking places for the building, but not a big inconvenience. Pleasant and helpful on-site employees. Good care of exterior. Nice appointments in the condo and in the decor of the exterior of the building. Nice location on floor six. All good. Would do it again in a heartbeat, provided I have one! (+: Listing photos do tell the truth!! We've already recommended it to many. We especially enjoyed Cap'n Anderson's Restaurant.

Wonderful condo

The pictures for this unit do not do it justice. It is a huge 2 bedroom condo. Plenty of room to spread out for everyone. Everything was very clean and nice. I highly recommend this condo. The location was great, not on the busiest street but very close to many great restaurants and shopping areas.

Great experience. A very spacious condo: large living room area, big master bath area . A very clean unit with nice furnishings. The pool is big with a hot tub area. The reserved beach chairs and umbrella with unit is a big plus. Also condo not being around other big resorts makes the beach area not so crowded and very layed back for the famly to enjoy. Family and I had a great time and plan to return next year. ((recommend stay)) the Tarpley's
