This beautiful newly constructed home is within walking distance to downtown New Buffalo, Lake Michigan, marina and New Buffalo public beach! Just 70 miles from Chicago. Two blocks from Amtrak train station...you won't even need a car once you're here!

The luxurious 3800 square foot home has everything you need for your perfect get away. Relax in our comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, 42'' plasma TV, and Sony AM/FM docking station. The finished lower level also has an additional living space complete with 46'' flat screen TV, XBOX 360 with Kinect and a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, gas burning stove, stainless steel appliances, huge center island, and large dining table. The master suite has a king size bed, two walk-in closets, and private bathroom. There are two more guest bedrooms on the upper level with views of the marina.

One bedroom sleeps three with a queen size bed and one twin. The other has two cozy twin beds perfect for the kids. The bedrooms are joined by an oversized Jack and Jill bathroom with shower and tub. Relax on either the screened in back porch or spacious front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or unwinding after a long day.

For a day of fun in the sun our home is located just 1/2 mile from the New Buffalo public beach. This gorgeous white sandy beach offers 800' beach frontage on Lake Michigan with Lifeguards, 18-acre recreation area, boardwalk nature trail along dune line, restrooms and foot showers, full service snack bar, play structures and benches, bicycle parking, fishing access to Galien River Nature Preserve and boating channel, and the Dune can be used for sledding in Winter. Don't forget to return for the breath taking sunset! If a day at the beach is not what you are looking for golfing, boating, mini-golf, amazing wineries, shopping, antique stores, and casinos are all a short drive. To keep you busy in the winter sledding, hiking trails and skiing are also just a short drive. Explore all that Harbor County has to offer...you won't be disappointed!

We stayed at this beautiful beach house for a girl's weekend in New Buffalo. We had such a wonderful time. This house has everything you need. The owners were so helpful in giving us information on the town and being available to answer questions before our stay. The house is well stocked and has everything you need.

We wanted to stay somewhere with a large kitchen, and this was perfect for that. We had 7 girls in and out of the kitchen, cooking, chatting, and preparing a wonderful meal that we were able to enjoy in the dining room of the house. There is ample space to keep all your belongings and sleep comfortably. The house is clean and everything was in working order. Thank you so much for helping make our girl's weekend so memorable!

What a fabulous house! The pictures do not do it justice. It is extremely roomy and we didn't feel crowded at all. My cousins and I enjoyed an amazing time having a girls weekend! It's very close to the outlets which was fun to visit. The house had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this property to others. I know we would love to come back!

We spent the weekend here with a group and had the best time! This house is super clean and equipped for a group! Large spaces for entertaining made it possible to spend time together. The sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable. This home is great for a getaway and we hope to be back soon!! You will not be disappointed when staying at this home!

The big bright beach house was a beautiful place to stay. The house was very spacious and fit our party of 7 very well. The living space, had a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The house was neat and clean upon arrival. Everything is very new and nice. There were three full baths which allowed us easy access to showers with a large group.
The walk to and from downtown was also reasonable.
We really enjoyed staying in this home.

While there we went to some of the local wineries, including Shady Creek, Round Barn and St. Julian which were a short car ride away. We ate at Jimmy's and Brewsters which were both good food and atmosphere and reasonable priced.

In addition, the owners were very responsive to any inquires and my security deposit refund was returned quickly.
