Single story beautiful town home. Sleeps 6-7 people. Full kitchen, wrap around patio, floral courtyard. Enjoy a nice cold drink and soak in the La Sal Mountains or Moab Rim Sunsets from the courtyard. Store your toys in a 2 car garage and enjoy a nice swim or soak in the pool and hot tub.

Master bedroom features a relaxing atmosphere with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a large space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Screened changing area provided. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom in the hall.

Kitchen and living areas are open to one another for a fantastic social setting. Enjoy cooking a meal in if you may please. BBQ grill and full kitchen utensils are supplied. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will be sure to find yourself cozy and comfortable here.

Thanks for the great place to relax after long days of hiking and exploring. The property is clean and nicely decorated. The large living/dining area never seemed crowded, even with six of us. This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at. Will defiantly come again.

Great place to stay on the edge of Moab!

My wife and her sister and I stayed at Becky's condo for 3 nights last week, and found it perfect for our needs. As we'd been traveling for 5 or 6 days, we were able to conveniently do laundry the evening we arrived, while watching the ALCS on the wonderful flat screen TVs. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped, the living areas were comfortable, our bed was likewise very comfortable, as well. The bathrooms were also well equipped, with upscale touches. The entire unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was also wonderful having a private garage to move our rental car into, which made packing and unpacking the car much more convenient. Probably because I didn't read all the reviews carefully enough, I hadn't realized that the condo's location was a far south of town as it is (about 5 minutes), but it really isn't that far, once you know where you're going. We recommend it wholeheartedly and enthusiastically.

A few footnotes - We, too, were bedeviled by the remotely controlled thermostat, but after e-mailing Becky the first morning that it was 64 degrees inside, she went online and reset the thermostat, and we were comfortable the rest of the stay. A tip, though - once the thermostat has been bumped up, if you're sleeping in the master bedroom, leave your door to the hall open overnight, or else the bedroom will get very warm. The heat does work well! Also, we had to guess at the garage door operation (I got lucky), so Becky, you might consider adding some info about its operation to your bulletin board in the living room where you've posted the other important info.

Very nice stay in Moab

Property was as shown. It was very clean. So wonderful to have soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent available to use. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Street noise was not a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated property that was well furnished except for clocks in bedrooms and a butter dish in kitchen. We found the thermostats difficult to operate and they send to have a mind of their own. Both of the bathrooms had silverfish on the floors that we had to kill, but I think that is a problem in that area. The only other complain we had was the traffic noise at night. The trucks kept us awake, but near the end of the week we started to get use to it. We loved the way the unit is decorated and it was very comfortable to come back to at the end of the day and relax. The location was perfect for us to get to the parks for sightseeing and walking the parks. Thanks for everything. Tim and Nancy Zajeski

Thank you for all your feedback. I will go out and purchase alarm clocks and a butter dish. In regards to the thermostat, I have it set on a schedule, so it defaults back to that at certain times of the day. I would have been happy to modify it for you. The little roly-poly bugs are a bit of a nuisance this time of year. I've sprayed but when it rains and gets cold they find any little nook and cranny to sneak in. In response to the highway noise, almost all commercial zoning that allows for residences to be renting by the night are all along the highway, aka main street. I agree it would be nice to be further away from the road. I've tried to plant some large grasses and bushes to filter the noise....maybe in another year once they fully mature. I really appreciate your feedback and thank you for staying with me. I hope to have you again some day!

Not only was the property itself quite nice, but the owner also nailed all the details from making sure there was hand soap at each sink to labeling light switches. We had a very good stay. We would stay here again.
