NO PROMS PLEASE!!! Beautiful 7 bedroom chalet with a whole lot of luxury. This house has 7 bedrooms and each bedroom has a flat screen TV. One of the bedrooms is a family suite that sleeps 5 people and has it's own bathroom. It has all the amenities that you could imagine. You will be amazed at the game room in the basement, some of the highlights include a 20' regulation shuffleboard table, darts, pool table, ping pong, air hockey table, a large wet bar for plenty of room to gather. There is a 55 inch flat screen & 50 inch TV to watch your favorite games on or play our Wii set up. The great room has a gas fire place with a 55 inch flat screen TV over top and plenty of room to relax. The large deck gives you plenty of room to relax and BBQ on & you can watch the deer right from the deck. This house is about 5 block to the beach & pool. Come and enjoy this house!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: MUST be 25 years old to rent this property, also the community only allows 8 wrist bands for the pool/lake area (The community will not allow you to purchase anymore.) There are other public lakes near by.

A group of friends from college and I get together once a year and it was my year to plan this year. This is the first house I saw on a Poconos search and I'm very glad this is the one I found. My friends and I had a great time at the house and it had plenty of room for our large group. The game room is also an excellent bonus for a very competitive group! We will definitely be coming back if we have another group looking for a nice getaway.

Look no more this place is the best in the area. We went away for a guys weekend away. We had 14 in the group and all had a great time. Big beautiful house that had everything. Best game room I ever seen. Near by golf and plenty of other activities. Cant wait to do it again . Thanks again Liz and Ernie.

Great location for a retreat!

I rented this house for our women's church retreat and it was perfect! The owners even let us come see the house a month before our rental date so we could plan. The women loved it and felt so pampered! It can easily sleep 22 but even more if you have a few air mattresses. The kitchen has everything that you need and more! Highly recommend!

Came up to the Poconos for a guys weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. Spent many hours in the game room and the pictures of this house do not do it justice. Thank you Liz for allowing us to stay and if we come up again, this will be the first choice on our list. Highly recommended!
