This is the perfect home for your large family or group getaways. It is fully equipped and there is plenty of room inside and outside for you to unwind and fully enjoy your vacation time together. It is also large enough to get some alone time when the need arises. An added bonus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom which can be a luxury when you are on vacation! There is also a second kitchen by the pool which is another bonus!
When you’re not at the beach you can relax by the large private pool on the spacious patio, listening to your favorite music on the outside sound system. There is plenty of seating, tables and sun-beds for everyone to enjoy the outside space. The second fully equipped kitchen is right next to the pool, so you don’t even have to go inside to prepare your cocktails and snacks! Or you can grill out on the gas barbecue which features 4 gas burners and a side burner, for those of you who take your grilling seriously. The pool area also has an outside shower and access to the ½ bath.

This is a great place to take your morning coffee or to catch up on the day’s activities. It is also wired for the sound system. The balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom.
A large, bright, open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the ideal set up for vacationing together. The comfortable sectional couch is perfect for relaxing, reading, watching the large 46' flat screen TV or listening to the surround sound music system. There is also a selection of books and games for your enjoyment, along with wireless Internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy your favorite food and drinks with your family and friends. The dining area easily seats 6 with additional seating for 5 at the extended breakfast bar, which opens to the living room.
If you choose to book your vacation at Royal Palms Villa we do not think you will be disappointed. Use of Frangista Beach Community Pool is not included with the rental of this home.
