Photos and Description of the Treen vacation farmhouse rental
A superb 16th Century farmhouse which has been modernised to provide excellent accommodation, whilst retaining it's traditional character and charm. Detached but for the small cottage adjoining the rear corner, the building was in fact originally the farmhouse with adjoining cottage, and is therefore very spacious; there are beamed ceilings, wonderful old granite fireplaces, natural timber doors and plenty of heating for comfort throughout the year.
The property is in excellent order throughout and has night storage heating. Treen is a charming hamlet, set amidst National Trust land; there is a coastal path down to Pedn-y-Vounder beach below Treen cliff, and Penberth Cove is less than a mile away. The 'Logan Rock Inn' is just around the corner, as is the village shop which opens in the summer months only. A superb holiday home.
