At the other end of the bay, Chamico's is a rustic outdoor restaurant serving some of the freshest seafood and the best guacamole.

Guestbook comments from the manager
My trip to The Pink House was truly a life changing experience. As soon as you enter the grounds, you are immediately overcome by a sense of serenity. The landscaping is full of beautiful flowers and tropical plants that help offer some privacy, and make you feel like you are in your own personal paradise. I cannot even describe the beauty of the house itself, or the view of the bay...it is most definitely something to behold that you must see for yourself! The bright colors, authentic furnishing, and lavish landscape are only the beginning. Everything about this property is inviting, including the personal staff! To top off what is already such an amazing gem, there are endless activities to partake in that make the experience at The Pink House even more unique. I went kayaking and snorkeling on the bay, walked the shore in search of shells (down to an amazing little restaurant right on the bay with the best guacamole I've ever tasted!), swam in cenotes, visited the Coba Ruins, zip-lined, walked around in the town of Tulum, and took a day trip to Playa Del Carmen for some shopping! Everything you could want to do is either right outside the house, or just a short drive away. I mean, you can't get much better than that! No matter what you do or where you go, the house and the staff are there to cater to your needs and make sure that your stay is as relaxing and fulfilling as possible. There is a convenient store that is located right on the grounds, which has all your basic necessities and even some things that you didn't think you would need, but will definitely want to try out! I can't forget to mention the owner of the house, Jill, who is such an amazing person and one that is very passionate about what she does. She makes sure that you are well taken care of and that your stay in The Pink House is one that you will remember forever. Jill offered great insight to the local culture and even taught me a few spanish phrases! She can communicate very well with anyone she encounters and is truly one of a kind, just like her work of art 'The Pink house'.
After spending 15 years traveling to the Yucatan Peninsula, Jill Hunter bought land in beautiful Soliman Bay. She designed and built the Pink House, from 2010-1012.
