3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6, dining room, living room, kitchen

NEW LOWER RATES!!! Enjoy one of the best views of Sao Martinho bay from this direct oceanfront apartment!!! It has been newly renovated in the kitchen and bathrooms. The apartment has also been recently painted.

Amenities in the apartment include 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a full size bed and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed.

The apartment has a fully operational kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave. Kitchen includes pots, pans, forks, knives, and other essential kitchenware. Washer is in the kitchen. It also has a dining room that can seat up to six people. There is also a living room with a couch/futon, a chair, and a TV.

Both bathrooms are full bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a tub and shower. Bathroom #2 has a shower stall (no tub).

The apartment includes a private garage for one car.

You also have access to the communal pool and a small child's pool while you stay here.

Sao Martinho is a perfect vacation getaway You'll be close so close to the ocean that you'll wake up and/or fall asleep to the gentle ocean waves crashing on the beach. You are waliking distance to just about everything like general stores, markets, banks/ATMs, bars, restaurants, etc... There really is no need for a car if you want to stay in one place and just relax. What's also attractive about Sao Martinho is it's proximity to cities like Leiria, Alcobaca, Caldas da Rainha. These are perfect places to do some shopping or sightseeing.

There is sightseeing in the old castle of Obidos and there are also golf courses available in the Obidos area as well.

This apartment is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Enjoy Sao Martinho and all it has to offer. It will be sure to bring great memories for you and your family.

Sao Martinho beach is perfect for the family with kids or the active couples. The appartment is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars in the area. If you miss the big city life you are about 20 kilometers away from cities like Caldas Da Rainha and/or Alcobaca. Both cities are great for touring and shopping. Entertainment includes shows like bullfights in Caldas da Rainha or Nazare ( a beach 10 km north of Sao Martinho). If your interested in sightseeing you can check out the old castle in Obidos which is about 30-35 km from where you are.
