The property was very clean. Great, safe neighborhood. Close to grocery-store and restaurants. I had a wonderful time thanks to this wonderful place. GREAT APARTMENT

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Los Angeles. We were 2 couples and we each had a bedroom and bath. Having a kitchen was great and it was equipped with just the right amount of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The other great plus is off street parking. Resident parking in LA can be a nightmare and it was so nice not to have that worry. I would rent this space again in a heart beat!

PERFECT LOCATION! GREAT APARTMENT!

We've rented apartments in downtown Los Angeles in the past but decided to try a new location. We were more than pleased with this one! The apartment was clean and as described, self-check-in was very convenient, and the rooftop deck was an added bonus. Easy walk to The Grove, The Farmer's Market, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and a park. The management was very responsive to finding us an additional garage door opener on a holiday. We would definitely return.

BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is really good and well located.
It was the right choice to spend a week in Los Angeles.
The property was clean and well-mantained and the manager has provided us a good customer service.
I'll definetely reccomend this property to my friends (even if it is a little too expensive) and i'll also reccomend them to call AE Hospitality cause we really appreciated their job.
During our week in Los Angeles, we had the chance to visit Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, West Hollywood and also go to the beach (Newport Beach, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Malibu, Huntington Beach). We really enjoyed it.
Me and my friends hope to come back soon to L.A. and spend other wonderful weeks there.
