The villa is well situated on a hillside in Mougins just a few minutes walk to the medieval village, famous for its restaurants and art galleries. The accommodation is arranged over two levels with separate entrances: The villa comprises of two double bedrooms (king sized beds) each with an en-suite shower room. The comfortable living room leads out onto the pool side terrace which is partly covered for outside eating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has seating for 6, and looks over the spectacular surrounding countryside. Satellite TV, DVD and internet connection available. The spacious studio, with its own entrance, has a lounge area with a double sofa bed, kitchen with table and chairs for 4. The king size double bed is on a raised area leading through to the en suite shower room. Private terrace with table and chairs. TV and DVD available. There is plenty of parking space plus an adjacent boules court. The pretty gardens offer seasonal fruit trees. Perfect!

Also, the local shops are just down the road where you will find a butcher, fishmonger, boulangerie and supermarket You will be in golfers' heaven with the many Golf Courses in this area. The coastal towns of Cannes, Nice and Antibes are easily accessible being only a 10 - 15 minute drive. You will find something for everyone - the beaches and shopping in Cannes along the famous Croissette, exploring the beautiful region with it's many hilltop villages, mountains and lakes. Or simply relaxing around the pool in the pretty gardens of the villa!
