Welcome to our great ocean view home in the Park Hill neighborhood of Cambria!
This wonderful home sits on a very quiet corner lot only two blocks from the beach.
This is the perfect home for couples or families. The great room and well-stocked kitchen overlook the beach. The large master bedroom/bath sits privately, opposite two nice bedrooms. All of the beds are very comfortable, with cable TV and DVD players in each bedroom. A sleeper/sofa is available if needed...the home has space for 8 people. The gas fireplace in the great room makes for a cozy evening. There is a huge DVD library stocked with hundreds of movies of all types and there are many popular books for your reading enjoyment.
This is a dog friendly home (sorry, no cats). Bring your laptop; the home has High Speed Wireless Internet! There is garage parking. A washer and dryer are provided.

Regularly returning guests frequently comment that the home is incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It is one of few rental homes with all living space set on a single floor.
The house receives rave reviews for its 'Awesome Views,' nicknamed for good reason. On clear days, one can absorb the view stretching from Cambria clear to the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse, and Hearst Castle can be seen from the deck. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or relax on the deck chairs and watch the sunset. Or fire up either a gas or a charcoal barbecue on one of two decks. This house is a short walk to the simplest beach access in Cambria as well as to Fiscalini Ranch which boasts amazing walking trails. Grab a pair of binoculars (provided) and hike along the beach trails to spot seals and seasonally migrating gray whales.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
2 nights in the off season (Typically after Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend);
3 - 4 nights over holiday weekends (President's Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day);
4 nights over Thanksgiving and during the Christmas/New Years season;
5 nights during the summer with a 7 night maximum.
