This luxury apartment is situated on the 1st phase of the Pueblo Don Thomas Golf complex and has the benefit of the beautiful shared pool (14 apartments). It comprises a Master bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with spa bath, toilet & bidet. A second bedroom with twin beds and seperate shower room. The beautifully furnished, spacious living/dining area leads onto large covered terrace leading onto lawn with amazing views over adjacent Tecina Golf championship course, the sea and the village of Playa de Santiago. The terrace has the benefit of dining and lounge furniture perfect for Al fresco dining all year round. The fully fitted modern kitchen is perfect for those wanting to self cater, facilities include Full oven, ceramic hob, dish washer, fridge/freezer, kettle, cafetiere, juice maker, toaster, The laundry room has washing machine, iron& board and sink. The area is perfect for golfers, walkers or those who simply want to take advantage of the peace and tranquility.

Guests staying at the apartment may have the benefit of the use of the facilities of the nearby Hotel Jardin Tecina and golf course/club which has a driving range. These include Tennis, squash, gym, minigolf, several restaurants, 5 swimming pools, and evening entertainment with piano bar and cabaret with international guest acts. The nearby village of Playa de Santiago has numerous restaurants serving tasty gomeran dishes served with local wines. The village has supermarkets, bakery, banks with ATM, internet facilities, hairdresser/ beauty. A regular ferry service can take you to Valley Gran Rey or San Sebastian. A local guide can offer walks in the natural reserve of Garajonay National Park or the more experienced walker can do this independently. Car hire can be arranged prior to arrival or at the hotel Tecina or in the village. The local airport can be used for flights to Tenerife North or Gran Canaria.

Notes: While the owners have a no smoking policy inside the property, guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace or the garden area. Children are welcome but please note that the lawn is raised and the wall is low, therefore young active children would need to be supervised for their own safety. Although the apartment is on the ground floor and has extra wide doors and the communal areas are ramped, the front terrace doors are not extra wide.( Please contact owner for more details).The rear terrace has extra wide doors. The apartment will be clean and prepared for your arrival and linen will be changed once a week. A welcome pack can be arranged if desired. A meet and greet facility can also be arranged please ask owner for costs. Long term renters would be required to cater for their own laundry needs with no maid service.
