This nicely appointed three bedroom, two and a half bath is located on a quiet one entry street in Springs. There is a den/tv room, living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen appliances. Sleeps six , den has a pullout for extra guests. The 20x40 heated pool set in a open back yard with a large patio, lounges and dining set. Located within ten minutes to Amagansett and East Hampton ocean beaches, shopping and theater.

This house was a true gem! It was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The home was spotlessly clean and very kid friendly. The backyard was a dream the sun is there from morning to evening, with the large pool relaxation in the Hamptons . We would definitely rent again.
