Fantastic Pool Setting right across from the Pacific Ocean in lively Downtown San Juan Del Sur Nicaragua.

The apartment itself is clean functional and bright. It has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other with two bunk beds (perfect for the kids). This apartment is great for couples as well as young families. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need and has all the conveniences.

Speaking of conveniences, for a nominal fee, Angela our caretaker is available for all of your domestic needs. Apart from being an amazing Nicaraguan cook, Angela will take care of your washing needs as including linens and dishes.

Walk to town – San Juan del Sur is the perfect walking town filled with shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Your location could not be better as you will be in the heart of town literally right across from the Pacific Ocean.

The Pool – The pool is the largest in San Juan about 6m x 14m. Tiled in Royal Blue, it remains tepidly warm all year round. Surrounding the pool is a cabana with plenty of seating options.

Great place to stay! Very close to beach and downtown but quiet and serene. We felt very safe with guards 24/7 and ate some delicious meals cooked by Angela the caretaker. The place is small but comfortable, plus the price can't be beat. The map on the ad is incorrect however, you'll be closer to the other end of SJDS and closer to the beach than it appears. We definitely recommend it!
