The “Boathouse” in its entirety was rehabilitated in 2012 with stunning, high-end appointments throughout boasting a deluxe master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs; living room, modern kitchen and one-half bathroom downstairs. Outside areas include upstairs deck and downstairs patio, covered and uncovered.

Spend your time while visiting this gorgeous property by taking a stroll over the grounds, walking to the dock to observe the sea birds and wildlife or leisurely sitting on the upstairs deck watching the sun set through the old majestic oak trees. It’s truly magical!
