Relaxing 2 bedroom home next to million dollar beach in Lake George

My family and I spent a wonderful week back in mid-July at Jeff and Debbie's house in Lake George.

Communication was always very easy with Jeff, through email. He was very quick to respond and when he was going to be away, he let me know. I also spoke with him on the phone.

Once it was confirmed that the house was available, he emailed me a lease, which I signed and returned along with a deposit check. I mailed my further payments and Jeff always confirmed their receipt by email. He also mailed me back the lease once he signed it.

And few days before our arrival, he emailed the name and number of the gentleman who was going to meet us. This gentleman called me about 15 minutes before we reached Lake George to confirm he was waiting for us.

The house was built in the late 2000s and it presents as new. It was clean as a whistle when we took possession. The pictures attached to the listing are accurate. There are blinds in each window. The house comes fully equipped. There are full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. The coffee maker comes with a permanent filter. There are dishes for four. There is a combination washer and dryer.

The perks: central air conditioning, a gas bbq, cable tv with 100+ channels (including Disney Junior) and even WiFi!

What more could you want? Even with two young children in tow, Million Dollar Beach was only a five-minute walk.

This property was great with young children. The owners are very nice (they own a house down the street but only visit from time-to-time. We were fortunate to meet them and to be invited to enjoy the fireworks at their home).

We honestly hope to return to this property in the near future.
