Sogno Mediterraneo is a new 2 store complex that was completed in 2009. It is located at the fringes of the municipality of Ricadi and consists of 10 apartments.

The property has well maintained garden, outdoor swimming pool (9.0x5.0m from 1 April until Nov.1, unheated)and parking on the premises.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating, fully functional kitchen, modern furniture and very cosy terrace/area on either side of the apartment.

It is rural Italy, sunny, peaceful and friendly with olive groves and orange trees. Each small village in the area has a church, small plaza and they are very authentic.

Capo Vaticano is 6 km from Sogno. The coastline is famous for its beautiful beaches and clear waters. At least three sandy beaches are located within 4.5-6.5km from Sogno.

Tropea is Calbria’s most picturesque town perched on a cliff, with charming lanes, excellent restaurants, little boutiques and bars.

The Aeolian Islands are visible from the property. Boat trips to the islands are offered from Tropea.
