Open, inviting private home with pool - just minutes to Disney!

Welcome to our luxurious air conditioned home in a community built within an orange grove. Why spend money booking one or more rooms in a five star hotel when you can have the same luxury in your own spotless home with your own private heated pool?

Our mission is to delight you with a comfortable, quiet, affordable private home in a safe, attractive neighbourhood. We offer a clean, pet-free and smoke-free home. We also strive to maintain as much of a hypo-allergenic environment as possible to benefit our visitors.

Indoor Features:

Newly painted throughout, furnished, and decorated in March 2012. All new beds, bed linens and, towels. New sofa and loveseat as well as TV’s in all bedrooms. Large 50 inch plasma TV with blue ray DVD player and sound bar in the gathering room. When you book with us, the home includes a Playstation 2 (with games and equipment, including GuitarHero), books, DVD`s, board games and toys for use during your visit.

The master bedroom has a new king sized bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, and boasts a large bathroom including walk-in closet, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi bath-tub for relaxing. The queen sized bedroom has a new bed (with Novoform 3 inch memory foam topper for your added comfort) as well as a 32 inch flat screen TV. Both rooms include books for your enjoyment during your stay. The third bedroom with twin beds has a 32 inch flat screen TV and your choice of décor on the beds (examples include stripes, polka dots, Disney princess, Spiderman). You can customize for your guests. A pack and play is available for toddlers to sleep or nap in, and booster seats as well as 3 strollers for day trips. Within the den (or office), can be found a pull-out sofa bed which can be topped with a Claritin hypo-allergenic mattress cover and all new Tommy Bahama linens. Our suggestion for the pull-out bed is that it be used for children, or young adults. The den doubles as a private office, including free WI-FI access. New carpeting has been installed in all bedrooms. Upscale lighting and fans have been installed throughout the house. Kitchen has a side by side fridge/freezer and ice maker, and is fully equipped for meals with both indoor and outdoor dishes, a dishwasher, microwave oven and a Nuwave induction cooktop.

Outdoor Features:

A new outdoor 7-piece dining set, complete with chandelier and chairs, are available for your complete comfort. Heated pool 16 x 30 feet with child safety fence and oversized covered lanai. The pool is west facing for maximum Florida sunshine. Outside of the lanai can be found a patio with complete outdoor BBQ for your convenience, along with new landscaping. Two car garage. Park and lake within Orange Tree as well as tennis courts and places to walk. A quiet neighbourhood, close to the theme parks. Lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby with Disney and Seaworld and the Atlanta Braves training camp only 8 miles away. Excellent golf courses to try. Outlet shopping close. Winter Garden Village Mall is 20 miles away with great outdoor shopping and restaurants (HomeGoods, Marshalls, Mattress Giant, Barnes/Noble, Bath and Body, Super Target, Lowes and Bealls).

Choose your activities and then come home to your private quiet space to relax, swim and visit with family and friends in your heated pool and your large beautifully screened lanai. Our property managers Sue and Alan are available for your every need while you enjoy our home.

Gorgeous home, wonderful community!

Our family called this home our home, for 2 weeks. It blew our expectations out of the water. The home was immaculately kept and it was so comfortable that our children called it 'home' everyday. The listing was very accurate, the home was more beautiful than we expected.

Everything in the home was in good working order and if we were required to call management (we weren't sure when the recycling pick-up date was), the property management team answered our questions promptly and were very friendly and hospitable.

I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend this property to any friends or relatives. The home is close to all the Theme Parks and we also visited the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Shores.

We had a fantastic time, it was the trip of a lifetime, and we hope to return in the years to come.

Thank you to the owners, and all the property management staff who made our vacation the most stress-free and wonderful time that we have ever experienced.

November Disney Vacation

This was an excellent location near easy shopping and so close to Disney! The house was spacious, clean, and cozy to stay in. My children loved the daily access to the heated pool and small playground walking distance away. After long days at Disney it was nice to relax in this comfortable home instead of cramming into a small hotel room.

WOW! What a great property and fantastic location.
This property was clean, ready upon arrival and as advertized.
Just minutes from Disney and other attractions, this was the ideal location for my family vacation. We had 4 adults and 2 children staying there and found we were never crowded. All the facilities worked flawlessly. The decor was modern and appealling.
Best of all the little ones enjoyed the pool several hours every day before or after our daily trips to Disney or shopping. The BBQ beside the lanai was a bonus as we were able enjoy the great Florida evenings beside the pool without having to change from our swim wear.
If you are looking for a home for a week or longer this would certainly fit the bill.
local restuarants and shopping were close and convienient.
I would definately recommend this to all my family and friends, without hesitation.
(P.S. I think it is underpriced for what you are getting but don't tell the owners, I may want to return)

Sand Pine Villa provided exactly what my family needed on our most recent family get-away: a quiet, clean, and restful place to escape to each evening after a long, busy day enjoying many of Orlando's tourist spots. The proximity to Disney, outlet malls, and other attractions allowed a no-stress vacation, with many of the comforts of home. Everything that we rquired was provided to ensure a wonderful week at a home away from home. The owner provded excellent customer service, and even phoned once during the week to ensure that all our needs at the home were met, and that we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and relatives, and certainly hope to secure this location for our future visits to sunny Orlando. Five stars!!!

Elaine, your house is a five star dream. The cranes even came up to the front door to visit us one morning and my professional artist wife was in heaven taking all kinds of pictures for new works of art. Thank you for allowing us to stay
