Elegantly furnished one bedroom, 59m2 ( 650 square feet ) apartment on 6th floor [penthouse, with elevator ]. Apartment sleeps 4 persons including sofa bed.
Included are 2 terraces to give fantastic views over Nice; the Bay of Angels to the east and toward Antibes to the west. There are three large windows that provide cross ventilation and plenty of light and fresh air. The apartment is also furnished with air conditioning / heating in every room if needed.
Just renovated, modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything needed for that special eat-in dinner The built- in bar is a great place for a snack or to set up your lap top. The area also includes stack able full-size washer and clothes dryer.
The sumptuous bedroom features a queen size bed that is truly fit for a king or queen, with luxury linens and over sized pillows that will call to you after a day of exploring the sights and wonders of the Cote d'Azure.
There is a full size mirrored closet that allows you to really unpack and stow your bags away from sight. The elegant drapes are specially lined to prevent sunlight from entering the room for those that like to sleep in otherwise if left open you will see the mediterranian from your bed upon awakening.
The comfortable Living room is equipped with a 42' flat screen cable TV that gets hundreds of channels and a DVD / CD player, both with extensive library's.
The large sofa / bed opens to sleep 2 persons comfortably and is also supplied with luxury linens. This room is very inviting after a day of sight seeing and easy to prop up your feet and relax ( especially with a glass of Rose)
The Dining room is located in a large open space and has an elegant glass table situated beneath a lovely chandelier that seats 4-6 persons and can handle that elegant dinner party. There is also a table on the terrace that seats 4 persons and overlooks the Bay of Angels.
WiFI and Phone service to over 70 countries is also included free to land lines and to mobiles in France, US and Canada.
An office area with desk & printer / scanner is provided for those who need to do a bit of work, with plenty of room for your lap top, although the view from the desk is rather distracting with the whole bay in your sight!!
An elegant Bathroom [ with rain head shower] has plenty of counter space for cosmetics and toiletries and also included is a vanity mirror, hair dryer and curling iron. There is a separate room with a WC and small sink for guests to use located off the foyer.
The stunning bay-view terrace has lounge chairs and a table for 4 persons for outside dining, or just relaxing with a glass of wine. The balcony off the bedroom has chairs and a small drink table for enjoying the bay to the west. The total apartment is surrounded by a park-like setting and very calming.
Off street parking is available. The bus stop is located just outside of the apartment building. There are several shops in the area and across the street is a bistro and small grocery store on one side and other eateries hair salon & bank on the other.
Latest addition for those who don't have a car is a 'Autobleue' electric car rental station just below the apartment. Cost is 8€/hr with 1hr minimum - great for a trip to Monoco or Cannes or night on the town!!
