This beautiful Second floor apartment is ideally situated right on the beach in Alcudia, overlooking the marina and has two communal swimming pools too! You are 200 metres away from the centre of the pedestrianised port-area with a vast range of bars, restaurants and wonderful shops to suit everybody. The apartment has a living room with dining area and the patio doors open out onto the balcony with spectacular views. The balcony has a table and chairs if you want to eat alfresco or have a drink whilst overlooking the Alcudia marina with its beautiful yachts. There is a separate kitchen with modern appliances and two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet

You could not find a better location for a beach holiday than this apartment. Not only is the apartment literally ON the beach but it has wonderful views of the marina together with the benefit of two communal swimming pools. The apartment is 200 metres from the Port of Alcudia with all its attractions and full range of amenities. A car is not necessary as there are a constant flow of buses and taxis waiting to take you anywhere on the island, however there are some wonderful places easily accessible on foot, especially the beautiful, walled, old town of Alcudia with it's twice weekly market - not to be missed.

Really like Alcudia and apartment was ok!

We had a great time in Alcudia with a 4 yr old, 2 year old and a young baby. The beach and resort in general are perfect for young children and the swimming pools were also great. The apartment was fine but we probably wouldn't stay there again - the beds were not comfortable and in general the apartment felt like it needed some updating - new sofas, dining chairs etc... Also getting in and out of the apartment with a buggy was a bit of a pain as space in the hallway was quite tight!

We had a fantastic stay in Alcudia. The location of the apartment is just perfect. It was wonderful not to have to hire a car, everything you could possibly need within walking distance. Ideal for the kids being right on the beach and next to the pool, which was very well kept. Spoilt for choice in the evening with all the restaurants and bars. Locals very friendly and family orientated, a great time had by all. Many thanks!

The apartment was perfect for a family holiday being located so close to the beach and local amenities but without being too noisy! The swimming pool was well kept and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We were spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants and enjoyed the nearby attractions such as the local market and the waterpark. The kids had a great time (one aged 11 and twins aged 8) which meant that we had a relaxing holiday too. We have already booked again for next year and will probably hire a car so that we can explore more of this lovely island.

We flew out to palma airport in the last week in october 08 and rented a car for the 45 min trip accross he island to port alcudia . The appartment is easy to find and has good parking its in the centre of the town with loads of resturants and pubs right at your door . The appartment is a standard holiday let in good clean condition with sat tv all the usual kitchen utensils and bedding including towels . You have a great patio with table and 4 chairs which overlooks both the pool and the stunning ocean view with the marina in the background.We did have a few nights when the mozzie's were biting so a repellent is a good idea. All in all we had a great holiday and would definately return as the position of the appartment is unbeatable . Oh and don't bother with duty free at the airport as its a lot cheaper at the local shops all the best stewart.

Fantastic in every aspect

An apartment that is perfectly located, seconds to the beach & local shops but whilst in the apartment is quite day & night. We have 2 children of 3 & 5 & spent all day on the beach but had the comfort of going back to our apartment for meals or toilet breaks, life could,nt of been easier. The view from the terrace is stunning, the apartment spacious & well equipted
We were previously in Alcudia 9 months prior to this & that holiday did not compare in the slightest - book NOW!

Basically this apartment will suit all ages & groups & will be used by our family again
