About Vacay Nola Team

Local New Orleans citizens, we love all things historic and architectural. This area is filled with art and history. The Arts District is a little known gem mixed in with the French Quarter and Garden District. I LOVE this part of town.

Why Vacay Nola Team chose Central Business District

It has a great mixture of culture. There are art galleries right outside my door. Food from some of the best celebrity chefs to newly founded pop ups. The River is only a few blocks away and so are the Super Dome and the Convention Center. This is the place to be. Oh, did I forget to mention the Saint Charles Streetcar line is right outside the building too?

What makes this condo unique

Quiet historic part of the city. Transportation is a cinch! Museums, Art Galleries, and restaurants are nearby and the French Quarter is just a short walk away.

One word, PERFECT! This condo was beautiful, as well as immaculately clean! From the unique character of the brick walls, to the open living room/kitchen floor plan & amazingly comfortable beds. This condo is a great place to entertain and enjoy socializing with friends while getting ready for your day in NoLa. The condo was in a great proximity to everything especially downtown French Quarter, yet still quiet enough (away from the party scene of Bourbon St.) to get a good nights rest. The realtors could not have been more hospitable & helpful in recommending the best local restaurants & jazz bars to go to. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend staying here while visiting New Orleans! Amber was an amazing host for us! Thank you for making our stay in NoLa an unforgettable one! :)

Amazing Apartment

This apartment was fantastic. Plenty of space for the four people in our group with two bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Furnishings/design of the apartment was well done, and I particularly liked having my coffee on the outdoor porch area every morning.

We liked the location as it was a very easy walk to the French Quarter, but was far enough away from all of the noise. Very nice to be able to get into the action quickly, but retreat at the end of the night.

The check-in/check-out process was also very efficient. This was a great place to stay!

Fantastic property and location

The pictures and even the video of this condo don't do it justice. This is a beautiful place. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms which was a nice touch and makes it perfect for two couples. The bedrooms are far enough apart from each other that privacy was never an issue, either.

The location in the warehouse/arts district is right next to a trolley stop making getting to the French Quarter or Garden District very simple. Of course, if the weather is nice it's a fine walk, too (hooray for flat cities).

In summary, I can't recommend this condominium enough. The next time we visit New Orleans this will be the first place we check to see if it's available.

Excellent Location!!

My family and I came to NOLA from the west coast to take my grandfather to the WWII museum and enjoy the city for the weekend. We were a party of 5 and fit comfortably in the space. Two full bathrooms also helped get us out the door in a timely manner ;-)

The location and ease of access to many fun parts of the city from the condo made the trip even better. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There are several good restaurants nearby, and Aunt Sally's is right across the street to satisfy your sweet tooth. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night. I would definitely stay here again the next time I came to the city. Thanks for a great experience!!

Great location and amenities

This condo is well located in the warehouse district. Easy access to the St. Charles streetcar, 15 min. walk to French Quarter. The Rouse's market around the corner may be the best grocery store I've ever seen. The apartment is nice, decent furniture and stocked with all you need if you wanted to cook a meal. We didn't due to the many good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

A GREAT UNIT!

We spent Christmas at this property and had a wonderful stay. Besides being a beautiful unit, it was extremely comfortable. The beds were perfect, especially the memory foam topper on the master. The location was very convenient to both downtown and uptown.

Our only complaints were:

1) sofa bed was very uncomfortable; 2) Limited kitchenware. We prepared Christmas dinner at the unit, and brought some of our own cookware, but still found we needed several items that we thought would be on hand at the unit, such as casserole dishes, mixing bowls, mixer. I feel sure that most guests do not cook as much as we did while visiting a city with such fabulous restaurants, so this may not be an issue for most visitors. All in all, we were very happy with the unit and would definitely recommend it.

Great apartment!

What a nice apartment. The location is perfect...close to everything. The beds are very comfortable, the place was spotless, and beautifully decorated. The only problem we had was the wifi wasn't working. We didn't even notify the rental manager because there were a few other unlocked wifi options available. Would definitely stay here again!
