Newly renovated building with original brickwork . Located near the Arts District with a great views of the surrounding area. The unit is fully furnished to feel like home, just bring yourself and any personal items you'd need for a relaxing stay.

We are near the main parade route for Mardi Gras. We are close to the Superdome for football and any other major events. We are close to the St. Charles Streetcar line which makes it easy to travel throughout the city. Art galleries and restaurants are at your disposal. We are in a prime location all around.

One word, PERFECT! This condo was beautiful, as well as immaculately clean! From the unique character of the brick walls, to the open living room/kitchen floor plan & amazingly comfortable beds. This condo is a great place to entertain and enjoy socializing with friends while getting ready for your day in NoLa. The condo was in a great proximity to everything especially downtown French Quarter, yet still quiet enough (away from the party scene of Bourbon St.) to get a good nights rest. The realtors could not have been more hospitable & helpful in recommending the best local restaurants & jazz bars to go to. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend staying here while visiting New Orleans! Amber was an amazing host for us! Thank you for making our stay in NoLa an unforgettable one! :)

Local New Orleans citizens, we love all things historic and architectural. This area is filled with art and history. The Arts District is a little known gem mixed in with the French Quarter and Garden District. I LOVE this part of town.

Vacay Nola Team purchased this condo in 2009

It has a great mixture of culture. There are art galleries right outside my door. Food from some of the best celebrity chefs to newly founded pop ups. The River is only a few blocks away and so are the Super Dome and the Convention Center. This is the place to be. Oh, did I forget to mention the Saint Charles Streetcar line is right outside the building too?

Quiet historic part of the city. Transportation is a cinch! Museums, Art Galleries, and restaurants are nearby and the French Quarter is just a short walk away.

I love this warehouse neighborhood. So quiet but within walking distance to the French Quarter. The condo was so nice, clean, comfortable and convenient. The condo is even better than the pictures depicted. We had a wonderful time.

Wow what a great location! You are literally right next to the trolley and you are by all kinds of great restaurants and clubs. The place is a beautiful two bedroom condo with two large full baths. Would recommend this location for a group of 6 people any time.

GREAT PROPERTY. VERY SECURE. ALL YOU NEED.

Great property. Very secure. High class finishes. Plenty of space for 4 (or 6 if you are good friends). Location is convenient to French Quarter (walking distance, <10min) and you probably wouldn't want to rent a place right in the Quarter anyway.
Parking is expensive, $25 in the lot next to the building, and probably unnecessary unless you are traveling out of the city for some event. Jazz clubs and Treme (far side of the French Quarter) are even walking distance (albeit, a long walk).
Owner was very helpful with great recommendations for restaurants.
Overall, very satisfied and better than a hotel.

OUTSTANDING! CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!

This was such a nice, homey place! It was so adorable and ideal for couples or a family. It was very pretty with granite tops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, exposed brick, trendy furniture and a frameless walk-in shower large enough for 4 people! The beds and sofa were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. (The air conditioner worked great, so the blanket came in handy!) We felt extremely safe with 3 different access codes and loved the convenience of the delicious pub downstairs. The trolley is extremely convenient, but we only used it once. The location is perfect for just about anything on the agenda! We easily walked to Bourbon Street, The World War II Museum, The Rusty Nail - a must if you are an Alabama fan, The Riverwalk, The Superdome and lots of fabulous eateries! Bridget was very helpul to answer all of our questions about the ammenities of the property and all the surroundings even providing us with handy maps and stocking the fridge with a few cold beverages. There was a Walgreens about 3 blocks away as well as a convenience store. (I wouldn't go back to that convenience store after we saw a rat and bought stale coke.) One person in our group said the church bells were a bother on Sunday a.m., but no one else heard them and another said they could hear a jackhammer from some restoration going on outside. Neither of these minor things would deter us from staying here again! We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back! We have already told our friends! We are so glad all of the hotels were booked; this is the way to go!!!
