Why the Owner Chose Snowshoe: We picked this resort and this particular property for a number of reasons. We live close to D.C., so Snowshoe Resort is conveniently located--we can be there in less than 4hours. We were there in the winter of 2007, invited by a co-worker, for a long weekend. It was a typical West Virginia day--the sun was shining, the sky was blue, and the Mountains were covered and smothered in glorious white powder – and we thought: Wouldn't it be nice to have a place here. The rest is history!

Quiet three bedroom, two bath, non-smoking/non-pet condo with balcony overlooking mountains as far as the eye can see. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed with access to the main bath, which has a tub and shower. The third bedroom has a full sized bed under a twin bunk. The living room couch does pull out. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dinnerware and most common small appliances, assortment of cookware, baking, and serving dishes, and basic pantry items.
