Good house, wonderful location

I rented this house for my vacation with my family (me, wife, 2 year old son, brother and sister-in-law) and we had a great time. The owner was very helpful with anything needed and was able to provide very good baby gear for the time we were there.
The house itself is very good, though with a little minor flaws. The 4 bedrooms have excelent size, and the bathrooms are very good too. The downstairs shower is a little week, but the two upstairs are great. The living room and kitchen are the weak point of the house, as they are a little small, but nothing that was of any trouble and my son could still play around freely and it was able to accomodate all of us confortably.
The community is very nice. We had some purchases delivered and had no issues, the security is very polite, and everthing is pretty neat. It also has an excellent pool / barbecue area.
By far the best aspect about this house is the location. It is on the best location of Kissimmee, with 2 Wal-marts at a 5 minute distance, and both a Sam's Club and a huge Target at walking distance. It is also a little more than 10 minutes to the Disney parks, and a little over 20 minutes to Universal parks. With a quick access to I-4, it is no more than 10 minutes from Premium Outlets and no more than 20 to both Florida Mall and Mall At Millenia.
I would surely go back to this house in future trips. Very recomended.
